Review: Sistine Research

TLDR: 5 Stars!

I researched it.

I tried it.

I won.

I renewed.

Welcome! This is an honest (albeit, pretty glowing) review of the crypto research tool, Sistine Research (affilate link...because why not).

As I've indicated, I am impressed...very impressed. I have renewed my monthly subscription and plan to keep on...it would be silly not to based upon the early results I've seen (but more on that later).

So let's dive in...

My Problem (the before)

Welp...this chart sums up my first 2 years in crypto.

I wish this was exaggerated for effect...but it's actually worse...thanks to a long run of buying a number NFTs at their peak which then swiftly went to zero 🤦‍♂️.

It was clear that despite thinking that I'm smarter than most, I had made almost every mistake possible.

  • FOMO
  • Buy the top
  • Sell the bottom
  • Not buying the dip
  • Selling the dip
  • Fell for ponzis
  • Bought NFT's that went to zero
  • Never took profits
  • Listened to influencers who were not qualified

(...and I know there were more, but I'm going to bail on this list now as I've never listed them all out until now, and I'm embarrassed for myself)

Along the way I tried a number of crypto research services and tools; most were free or something that I purchased out of desperation without any sort of analysis...

And, they did well....(wait for it)...when the total market did well, but in a bear market...wow, they really performed stinky...really stinky.

So yeah...I was down (financially and emotionally).

This led to late nights and every spare moment scrolling on Twitter, Youtube, and various Discords hoping one of the miracle stories (those are traps) that you read about every day in crypto (spoiler...many are lies trying to build an audience).

My Solution

To be fair, there was actually a pretty long gap between dispair and me using Sistine Research.

But what is Sistine Research and why should you care or check out another thing that someone you don't know is recommending?

Well, that's a good question, and if you're like me, one of the few good questions I asked.

It's a crypto research site, obviously, but it was different.

Different how?

Well, the right question is "Different who?", but that's a dumb way to ask that...

The team behind it...which is mostly led by a guy named Forrest...is certainly several calibers above anything I had seen before. Also, since joining, the team operates with character, transparency, and integrity...again, sorely lacking in the crypto space.

But let's keep going because you need more than just the team is wicked smart and they are good people. So let me break down my...

Top 7 Reasons!!!

(for why you should at least check it out)

(Note: to be respectful of the service and the other members, I am not disclosing specific topics covered....but this GOOD, because we want the team at Sistine Research to be highly incentivized and motivated to keep this service going!)

#1 The Results!!!

...ok, obviously past results are no guarantee of future results...but if you're evaluating whom to listen to,. you at least want to make sure they have an impressive track record.

So in any kind of evaluation, this has to be the number 1 thing to look for because even if they nailed a hundred other aspects, but missed on this...well, what's the point?

Also, see the image at the top as a reminder. Plus since I've joined there I can personally attest to getting a 2x in 3 days...while taking profits!!! (something I never did before).

#2 "Plays" or 1-Pagers

As defined on the website:

Plays are short alpha snippets for topics & catalysts that may not need a full in-depth report.

This is my top-ranked tool on the site because it fits my schedule best.

They are short, clean, easy to understand, and...best of all...if you read it and think this is something you'd like to participate in (I typically participate in all of them), they provide clear, easy-to-follow steps for how to do that...which if you've been around crypto for any length of time, you know that's not always the case.

Example: In the past couple of weeks there have been 2 that I opted to participate in...

One was a whitelist opportunity for a project that they researched and thought showed "asymmetrical risk/reward" (love that phrase). For me, having someone cut through all the garbage projects out there but also break down the exact steps needed to get whitelisted...totally worth it to me (this is still pending or I'd post the results, but I think at a minimum it will be an easy win...also as a cheat code....if you're in the Professional Group tier, they were able to hook you up with a WL pass!).

The other was an emerging trend that they noticed. They dropped a play about it and disclosed this is a high-risk play, so be careful. I decided to put in a small investment. 3 days later 2x...and I took profits because they mentioned a few thresholds that you may want to look out for...I then treated myself to a McAlister's Club sandwich, Doritos, Seet Tea, and Chocolate chip cookie to celebrate!

So yeah...I love the plays!

#3 Research Reports

Research reports take a deeper dive into specific cryptocurrency projects and/or topics to try to glean information that is not clear at the surface level.

These are where you will really begin to understand the difference in what separates their crypto research from the masses.

I guarantee that after reading just one, you'll get what I've been saying.

Also, I encourage you to read them all as your crypto IQ will increase 10x just by seeing how a professional and experienced crypto/investment researcher forms an assessment.

But at the end of the day you really just want this to lead to results (again, this can't be guaranteed), but so far they have also been great for me!

#4 Airdrop Guides

(From website) Airdrops are excellent low-risk opportunities as they require little to no capital to qualify for. Below is a list of potential airdrops and strategies for qualifying for them.

Yep, it's as cool as it sounds.

If you're like me, I tend to only hear about airdrops after they've happened, and when I do hear about it beforehand, I historically missed 1 single step which then meant I did not qualify...grrr!

First, they hear about them while it's still an option, so no more being late.

2nd, they often identify projects where an airdrop makes sense but has not been announced or confirmed, so you're very early...this can be really good.

3rd, and possibly my favorite, they do the research for how to qualify and provide easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions!

Boom!

All that is great! But my favorite part about the Airdrop Guides is why they create these and spend time researching them for you.

This section was created to essentially make signing up for Sistine Research a no-brainer! The idea is to provide a very low-risk way for people to recoup their costs of the services (which is very reasonable).

To me, this shows the heart of the team and what they do. They want this to be a win for you as much as you do. This...this is whom I want to partner with.

#5 Principles

Principles are underlying concepts and frameworks that can be used to guide analysis and decision-making.

REQUIRED READING!!! (imo)

You may be tempted to skip this section, but don't! Read it all even if you think you already know it.

By reading all the Research Reports + the Principles, you pretty much are getting an MBA course in Crypto Research and Principled Investing.

#6 Discord

I know that Discord access and "the community" are two of the most overhyped benefits you hear in this space, but as we've said many times...

This is different.

For starters, Forrest and the team are in there constantly and are quick to answer questions and give their 2 cents on just about anything in this space.

So having access to someone of their caliber...that alone is worth it!

But also, when a new play or report drops, there is quite a bit of discussion around it, and for me, I've really found it helpful to hear our others are approaching it.

Also, sometimes questions pop up, and the Sistine Research team or another member is quick to help.

Note: If you join the Professional Group (which I recommend), there are a few channels that are exclusive to those members, and like in life: Quality attracts quality, so that is what you get in this group.

For Professional Group members there is a weekly town hall meetings where you get a ton of insights and often a sneak peek as to reports or plays that are being worked on. Timing is important for some of the plays, so hearing about it a little early can be meaningful!

#7 TradingView Chart Templates

TradingView chart templates are links to pre-populated TradingView charts designed to show a specific insight.

The only reason I have this as #7 is because I don't currently do a lot with charts or technical analysis (even though I know I should and have access to one of the best groups to help me learn)...it simply is a matter of time for me, but I hear a lot of discussion on these, and the group seems to love them!

Hidden Value - Time, Presence, & Peace of Mind

As I close this, I did want to spend a little bit of time pointing out a few hidden benefits that I received from this.

To me, I have outsourced my crypto research to people who are way more passionate about this (always do business with people who are passionate about what they do), have a lot more time to spend on it than I do, are far more experienced than I, and ultimately far superior at this that I'll ever be.

Before Sistine Research, I would spend hours each night and any spare moment scrolling Twitter (or X) and YouTube in hopes of hearing some news, catching some alpha, or some other great thing that seemed to be happening to everyone but me (which is a lie).

This had a negative impact on my health, happiness, and relationships.

BUT now that has changed...For me, I've decided to cut everything out and let this be my only source as the results have been there, the time I got back has been invaluable, and the peace of mind it gives me has improved the most important areas of my life.

Closing

So for me personally, I am so glad I signed up for Sistine Research, and I plan to be a member as long as it exists!

And I think it is something you should at least check out.
